Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is part of our Terms & Conditions and governs refund eligibility for bookings made through Lifestyle18 Shortlet.

1. Cancellation by Guest

  • More than 7 days before check-in: You are eligible for a full refund (minus any transaction fees).
  • Between 3 and 7 days before check-in: You are eligible for a 50% refund (minus transaction fees).
  • Less than 3 days before check-in or no-show: No refund will be issued (you are charged full amount).

2. Cancellation by Us

If we cancel your booking for any reason (e.g. maintenance, overbooking, force majeure), you will receive a full refund for the amount you paid.

3. Early Check-out or Change of Plans

  • No refunds will be given for early check-out unless previously agreed in writing.
  • Requests to change booking dates may be allowed subject to availability; additional charges or refunds may apply, at our discretion.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exclusions

  • Service fees, transaction charges, or third-party booking commissions are non-refundable.
  • Any damage, extra cleaning, or breach penalties will be deducted from the refundable amount (if applicable)
