Q3. Is a deposit required?
A: Yes, to secure your booking. The amount or percentage is shown during the reservation process.
Q4. What is your cancellation policy?
A: For cancellations more than 7 days before check-in → full refund (minus transaction fees). 3–7 days → 50% refund. Under 3 days or no-show → no refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
Q5. Can I check-in early or check-out late?
A: Early check-in or late check-out may be possible subject to availability; extra charges may apply. Please contact us in advance.

A: Our units are fully furnished with essentials like AC, Wi-Fi, kitchen equipment, bedding, etc. We also offer shared amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, rooftop lounge, etc.

A: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed (unless otherwise agreed in writing in advance).

A: You may be charged for repair or replacement costs. We inspect units after check-out and will notify you of deductions from your security deposit (if any).
